I wasn't producing enough milk for Daphne by her last feeding tonight and I had to supplement with formula. It was really hard for me, I was so set on exclusive breastfeeding and it broke my heart. I hope my milk comes in soon 😔

Why are you pumping already though? Your breast needs babies mouth. The more she is latched the better chance your supply will come in.
It takes a couple of days! And colostrum is all she needs right now.
The little that did come out at first they gave me a syringe to feed it to the baby.
Yeah mines wasnt coming in at first then the nurse told me to pump 20 min every 2 hours ....
@ciciham, there's nothing wrong with supplements but colostrum doesn't run like milk it's kinda too sticky to pump out
@bluedolphin77, I know, but I'm dry. I even tried pumping for 45 mins and only got a couple of drops out of one boob and absolutely nothing out of the other. I was doing fine all day but by the end I had nothing
