My wife and her family are having a pig roast for my BIL bday. It is Aug 4th. I am due Aug1. But I'm the bad guy bc 1. I don't want to travel 10 hours after I give birth, assuming I have. 2. There will be a lot of people there that are going to want to hold my baby, and as all new mom's know, we don't like a million people holding our babies.now my wife is upset bc I don't want to go.

What! Girl, you're feelings are absolutely valid.
And so many people go late..you may not even have had your precious baby by then.
And saying you have - you're literally not even going to be healed yet.
And 10 hours in a car with a newborn?! Nope.

Well she has decided she is going to go without me. I'm pretty pissed bc our little man will be brand new and she is going on a mini trip?!?!?!?! I'm not saying anything though bc right now idk how much of my anger is pregnancy hormones. She knows I'm upset though.
