Ok, I need some help ladies. I pumped a total of 5 times yesterday (3 times a work & 2 times at home) when I pumped at work I only obtained 3 oz the first pump, 1oz the second pump, and 1.5 oz the 3rd pumping and that was from both breasts!! Is there anyway I can increase my production so that I can produce more milk, like about 3-4 oz per pumping session??? The lactation specialist told me to pump more frequently and I will produce more milk, but that doesn't seem to be the case. HELP ME PLEASE!!!! Thank you

Breastfeeding helps produce more milk, the saliva from the baby let's your body know to produce.

I feed baby when I am at home too. When we get home from daycare after dinner I feed him and right b4 bed. @beebaby

He gets a lot more than you can pump. Are you eating and drinking

I'm not snacking a much thought the day, I will admit :( But I do drink alot of tea(hot) and water throughout the day. So much water that I am running to the bathroom all the time @beebaby
