Ok, I need some help ladies. I pumped a total of 5 times yesterday (3 times a work & 2 times at home) when I pumped at work I only obtained 3 oz the first pump, 1oz the second pump, and 1.5 oz the 3rd pumping and that was from both breasts!! Is there anyway I can increase my production so that I can produce more milk, like about 3-4 oz per pumping session??? The lactation specialist told me to pump more frequently and I will produce more milk, but that doesn't seem to be the case. HELP ME PLEASE!!!! Thank you
