I'm super paranoid about eating certain stuff now that I'm pregnant, especially seafood I only eat it cooked never raw. My mom wants to cook seafood this weekend like a low Country boil with shrimp, potatoes, sausage, corn and either blue crab or snow crab legs. My question is how much is too much of the crab and shrimp??

I think you are pretty good with shell fish, they don't live super long before harvesting so I don't think it has much mercury at all... now larger fish like tuna can have higher mercury counts

I wouldn't worry. Shark, swordfish and king mackerel are the fish they say not to eat. Everything else is pretty safe in moderation. I eat a lot of tuna but keep it to 12oz a week.
