Not really an answer but I just saw something that said letting kids cry it out when going to bed is usually more harmful than helpful. :/

So what do I do? She's been bouncing herself to sleep for the longest time and sooner or later the bouncer will break or she won't fit into it, how do u put a child at 2 to sleep? We read books and cuddle on the couch watch cartoons n she still won't sleep and cries when I put her in the crib

We go into my daughters room, away from technology, play with her for about 20 minutes usually high activity like kicking a ball, where she's running her energy out! If she brings us a book we will read it to her... but sometimes that's not enough to get her energy out... and then we turn the light out and we get her blankets sit in an oversized chair in her room, and 'snuggle' for a while, until she's ready for bed... usually it's like 2 minutes, other times it's like 15 minutes... then she goes right into her crib and typically sleeps like 11 hours uninterrupted!

Cool I'll try that, our dr told us not to get her hyped though but she can kiss our ass bc not jack shit has been working, right now she sleeps in our bedroom in a crib next to our bed and my bf sleeps downstairs for now till she moves into her own room, never thought this would be so hard at the same time she was Born a preemie 1lb 8oz and was used to the hospital schedule until she had to switch her back over poor baby I just feel like a failure

Our son is hyper active and goes to a special needs preschool so trust me I have been up for 36 hrs straight with my kid who won't sleep! Lol ahhhh!
Massaging. Massaging as part of the bed time routine with soft singing helped him tons. We have a set bedtime routine which helps but getting rockabye baby pandora or natures water music playing helps too.
Think of how a spa can send us off to sleep...just the right temp in the room, winding down routine, massage, calming music and even a little lavender sent.
