I know I've asked about this before, but I really need some help!

So I keep getting hemorrhoids. I've been using the equate cream for them. It works for a bit and then they basically go away. It'll come back a few days later. I've talked to a few doctors and they've told me to "deal with it" But I'm very worried. I've only had one, but today I noticed what might be a second. I have my bowel movements regularly. Does anybody have an tips/ideas/creams to help me?
