A fever of 100 is when you start keeping an eye on her, 103-105 is about when you'd take her to the ER.

However, as her mother it's best to trust your own instincts. If you're worried enough that you want to take her in, then I'd say go ahead and take her in. I hope she feels better soon!

Honestly, i don't think they'll do anything for a fever that low. Maybe just give tylenol, but i doubt that even.

A fever is considered 100.4 or higher.

Do Tylenol and ibuprofen every four hours if it goes down she should be good if not I'd go in

103 or 105 and give her Tylenol or Ibuprofen not both. Doctor told me that they just found out it's not good for the kids.

If you are worried call your pediatrician and speak with the on call doc. Always try to avoid the ER unless it is a real emergency (breathing issues, bleeding issues). Always call pediatrician first.

Thanks ladies but I went with my 1st instinct and went to the eR her fever was over 102.7 and she's being admitted thank god I went and didn't avoid the ER
