My 16 mo old is 19 pounds 2 oz and i keep stressing that he runs around all day and eats alot but they send us 2 in a half hours away to children's hospital of Philadelphia to b examined by a team of gastroenterologists. Like i feel that every kid grows differently and he has a fast metabolism. Hes all clear for all kinds of tests they ran on him nothing is wrong internally. Yesterday's estimated weight on my baby during the ultrasound he weighed 7lb 11oz do you think he will fit into newborn clothes the day he's born ? if he comes out at around 8lbs? Or should I take 0-3 just in case ??

I feel like we are doing this all wrong. Is he too small for this carrier? Also, is he supposed to be facing towards me? He didn't like to be in this at all but it's so hard carrying him around all day long ?
