I've been given advice to bring an EMPTY diaper bag to the hospital when it's delivery time because the hospital gives the baby a ton of stuff. Yes or no???

Mines gave extra plus what we didn't use . That was southern Maryland hospital. Where are you located ?
Yes ! That's how it was with my first child and that was 13 years ago .
The hospital I will have my baby at gives me diapers formula blanket n other items to go home with n also an extra diaper bag they give to

Ladies I would like to introduce my babygirl. Came to the hospital and was having full blown contractions and doctor decided to operate me. My delivery was so painful I felt everything.

Update
Today my blood pressure was 158/94 and 140/101 for the second reading so they called the hospital to tell them I'll be on my way for induction. Currently sitting at my house just freaking out but about to head to the hospital.
