I know this is weird, but I am just wondering if this could be a possibility.
My husband and I just made love and I can't fall asleep. (I have the IUD Mirena.) My stomach feels really weird... it hurt really bad a little bit ago but now I just feel a lot of movement and stuff in my abdomen. When I was pregnant with my son, I knew it when I was just 5 days along. Is it possible that I could already be pregnant now and already know it?

I've heard of a lot of people getting pregnant on Mirena lately. No birth control is 100% effective.
