Almost midnight and I'm home alone with My daughter. My boyfriend, his parents, sister and a friend went to the casino to watch one of good friends kick boxing match. I was also supposed to go, my mom was ready to baby sit. But baby got sick and is super congested, and I decided I couldn't be selfish and leave her when she obviously needs me the most. My bf was bummed out but being a mommy to my daughter comes before my wants and needs.. as I watch my daughter sleep, I know I'm not missing out on anything.

Exactly!! I had made the decision to stay before I even told my bf. I just knew I couldn't leave her, and what of my mom doesn't know what to do.. She needs me and i knew I needed to be there for her instead being in a casino. @vark

I completely agree. Now I understand when my mom would say: No love is greater then the love a mother has for her children!! Youll know how much i love you when you have children of your own..And thank you..im definitely trying to be the best mommy I can be. @luceromommy
