Maybe she's not saying it in a bad way my mom told me that too try to not gain so much weight and to take care of myself I always took it as good advice but it can get annoying if she's always telling you..

My mom use to be over weight and got surgery to make her stomach smaller and acts like she's never been overweight and everyone else is so far .
