Is colic calm gripe water safe for a 6week old?

Yes it's fine. My son had it from birth.

My bottle says it's safe to give starting at 2 weeks and my daughters pediatrician recommended It for her, so I'd say it is safe as long as it's a small dose

You also might have to change the baby milk. I did that to son my son and the colic went away.
