I was trying to do mediation, but my shithead ex bf didn't like that he has to pay child support and went and filed for custody. I talk to my lawyer Monday I hope I feel better about it after that but I doubt I will. 😔 I just want to cry @beebaby,

Yeah this lawyer for my son can't even talk to me about anything. So how is he suppose to know what's best for my son? I guess that's where my lawyer steps into play but still. I'm just nervous. Everyone saids my ex doesn't have a leg to stand on and it's plain as day that he is not what's best for my son but idk what the courts will think or say. All the guy has on me is money. But my son has everything he needs and or could want and is taken care of in a genuinely loving and caring home. He won't have that with his sperm donor!@beebaby,

Remember the court doesn't know either one of you so the evidence is what they reply on. Have you done the affidavit of why you should have full custody of your son yet? My BFF went through this so I know what's expected stay strong 💪 and don't bash your son's father let the evidence do that don't stress@missjess

I'm going to on Monday. I haven't bashed him to the courts just am going to tell them the truth even if it's the ugly truth. And I've filed for a refrain because he's mentally abusive. The whole thing is nerve wracking 🙁@smilingwithmyawesome4kids,
