Yeah all they asked for was the last 3 months income, your social your child's and proof if they have health care also they want to know how much you pay for childcare if you do and proof of how much it cost

I did all that. I'm now working on the papers for my income and all our expenses and setting up the account the child support will be going into @brittymiranda,

I requested full custody and child support and it was only a paper from what I remembered.

@gabes_mommy_5.11.14, oh gotcha when I filed they just wanted my address and exs address our socials and any previous addresses and a copy of the birth certificate.

@brittymiranda, I do have a lawyer and I do have an appointment with her at the end of the week but I'm trying to get the papers filled out before I see her.

What do you mean? Do you have a lawyer?

I already have my date, it's in two weeks, I was super surprised I got in so quick but the paper work just has me very confused @brittymiranda,

Idk if it different where you live the filing was easy but it took like 4 months to even get a court date 😐
