Well the best advice I can give is get a guy friend. Someone who is genuine. Even if he's not your type physically but is mentally and spiritually. I know I did. But to be honest I think talking to other women in similar situations is just or more helpful. @cocochanel2533,

Yes I do too I find it easier to cope with because having someone around may make you feel some type of way and at that moment your vulnerable to anything or person that makes you not feel your pain @bayou_donna, that's how me and my bf got together I was at a vulnerable point in my life and he showed me what love was then took it away and replaced it with the real him
