So in the past my boyfriend and i have used my personal money whether it be from tax returns, work paychecks,and savings for things specifically for my boyfriend. My dad has always hated that. My boyfriend has a job we just usually use all of his. Well my dad sent me money and said it was specifically for me and my son not for my boyfriend to use and it kind of pissed him off cause my dad acted like i need to keep it a secret that hes sending me money so my boyfriend wont take it. First of all the way i spend money given to me is my decision. My boyfriend has his own money and always gives me whatever i want so my dad os out of pocket in the whole "dont spend it on something for your bf" usually when my money goes to my boyfriend its for something that benefits the two of us together not just him. Secondly why are you even sending the money if i cant use it for what i want? Lol but it pissed my bf off so i was like "fuck that we havent had a date night in forever how does a big fat steak and a beer on my dad sound?" and my boyfriend just laughs and says "that sounds a lot better" lol so boom spending my money on a date night i have been wanting thanks dad! Lol
