I've been drinking the Premama fertility drink for 4 days so far and taking Vitex since March 21st every morning. Thinking it would take months to work into my system...I'm having fertile discharge already it's slippery and stretchy..I didn't have this in my last cycle so I'm pretty positive it's helping me ovulate 😍🙌🏽

I'm taking 1 packet of Premama a day!

I take 3 Nature Made Vitex Capsules at 1,200mg all together.
