I got the Skyla put in on tuesday. I was fine all day yesterday but I'm really cramping today. Is this normal? How long did y'all cramp for those of you who have had it before?

I am cramping so bad, it's like period cramps times 10!!!! I wanna cry. what's happening
So I thought I was starting my period. I woke up this morning with tiny cramps nothing major. I then had to use the bathroom and I was spotting. It has since went away and I hope it stay away. My last period was Dec. 28 and I should've came on Jan. 25th but nothing.
