I want a house 😩😩😩 I'm so sick of renting. My landlord won't let me park temporarily during the day in front of my apartment she says if my car is anywhere but my parking spot at any time of day she will have it towed. Excuse me miss but when I come home with a car full of groceries AND a baby that I have to carry in I'm not parking in my flippin parking spot around the corner! I just don't even know anything about buying a home and the cost versus renting. Can anyone help?!

My husband and I bought our home almost a year and s half ago. It's s very lengthy process. Our banker walked us through the process since most realtors won't even look at you twice if you're not at least working on getting a loan. Realtors really like it if you are preapproved. I'd start liking on websites so you have an idea of what's in the market and start finding someone who's willing to give you a loan. Otherwise sometimes there's rent to own homes or foreclosure houses can sometimes be nice.
We pay less a month to own our home then a decent apartment that allows pets cost in our area I think we pay 650 a month
