that's what my ex is doing. he hasn't paid his child support in almost 8 and makes excuses for why he can't pay but gets new tattoos. he's a real peice of work and he's been holding off on doing his taxes because he knows the state is going to take it. I tell him if he doesn't want to help financially support his daughter any only wants to see her when he wants to see her then sign his rights over and my husband would adopt her in a heartbeat
