Question for nursing moms. Please note that I am not asking this in order to loose weight but to make sure I am getting enough calories for nursing.
I struggle to get enough calories in a day for both me and Juniper. I've been using MyFitnessPal to make sure I am getting enough calories and nutrients. I'm not getting enough calcium and protein. In the past I would drink protein shakes to add more calories, protein, and calcium. I am still taking my prenatal vitamins. Does anyone have any good recommendations for good protein shakes for nursing?
I take Herbalife protein shakes. Only problem is they're a little pricy but they taste good :)
I liked Nature's Way Metabolic Reset in strawberry, Muscle Milk in chocolate, EAS 100% Whey in Vanilla, Boost, and Ensure. I think any kind that provide nutritional value without necessarily promising weight loss are good.
You can also add peanut butter to them for extra protein and calories. 😊
Orgain organic nutritional shakes💟 non GMO, 16 GM's of protein & everything else u need.
Not sure how many mamas here are into make up like myself, but
I sure am glad the Jaclyn Hill Cosmetics sold out before I could get any. 👀👀👀 People are getting all types of sores👀
What are good things to help you lactate?! I am not getting anything anymore and it’s making me frustrated

15 weeks today! doc is making me drink protein shakes to gain a little more weight. said I'm not taking in enough calories.... I miss going to the gym and seeing my flat belly.
at this rate, being everytime I eat I have to poop right after. I am making sure I do not eat very much before I get induced. I would HATE to poop during. 😭😭😂😂
Does anyone else struggle to eat at least 70grams of protein a day...I sure am! 😭😭
I'm lactose and my daughter is lactose and soy intolerant so I drink Paleo Protein egg white powder with almond milk and pbfit powder for flavor or quick protein snack
