At what age would you let your baby try cheese puffs, not as an all the time snack but just one ? I've heard of people giving there 4 month old cheese puffs. I do intend on getting gerber puffs though.

When they are able to first feed themselves and they are able to chew and break it down. Wouldn't give them a whole one.
