Went shopping for 2 hours, and once I got to the grocery store couldn't stop shaking, felt hot and dizzy. Got super freaked out being alone, but super glad it passed once I got home.

That's been happening to me lately also. I usually grab some food n drink n lay in bed for a little while till it passes.
Yea i get that way to, it feels like you wanna jus lay down an close your eyes right? I feel like that when i get hungry an thirsty usually

Yea definitely a scary feeling, especially being in a public place without my husband. So glad it passed.
