So my son is about to be 2 years old and he doesn't like brushing his teeth he fights me so I haven't put up a Fight , but latly his breath has been starting to sink ....
Is their something I can try or should I keep fighting him to brush his teeth ?

See if he will suck on a cold wash cloth.... that will at least get his tongue wiped off... i would love to see other ideas from other mommies tho thats a good question....

I told my son it was candy when he was a year old because he never wanted to brush the 6 he had. Now he's almost 2 and he reminds me before he goes to sleep that he has to put candy on his teeth. 😂 He also likes to copy. (Monkey see-monkey do). So he would see me or his dad brush our teeth and he would want to do the same thing.

My little is 19 mths and he likes to copy as well. So if he watches me do he will follow. I allow him to chew or try to brush on his own first and then its "mommy's" turn to brush his. Its still a bit of a struggle but as the routine continues it will get easier. Plus its important for them to have their first dentist appt done by now so the dentist can give some lil tips on how to get in there.
