Before preggos, I use to workout like crazy, and just really loved the healthy lifestyle! When I first started my journey, I lost 30+ pounds, and gained lean muscle. When I became pregnant, all that went out the window. I didn't have an easy pregnancy, I was on bed rest for the first 4 months, then partial bed rest for months 5-7.
