Like mama above said breastfeed. It's all supply and demand. And the amount you pump does not indicate how much milk you actually make.

A pump is never as efficient as the baby.
You can try pumping more often though, milkmaid tea. Lactation cookies. When you're pumping try to express milk into the pump while it's sectioning.

Pump! I switched to a manual pump and got way more and way faster supply. Also oatmeal and flax seed

Mine eats good just breastfeeding but when I would try to pump I wouldn't get much. She's 18 pounds & growing good so I know I have a good supply.

Pump while breastfeeding and use a manual. Those auto pumps hurt!
When you pump while feeding it causes more letdowns. Also the more you pump and feed the more you'll produce.
