I think my breastfeeding days are coming to an end. My supply is really low and my son refuses me a lot especially in the mornings is when it seems the lowest. idk what to do to get my supply up. I drink mother's milk tea all the time and I don't think it helps that much. Fenugreek to me seemed to lower my already low supply. I drink water, idk. I'm on the verge of calling it quits. 😣

You should do it anyway to help keep your supply when your being rejected. If you don't use it, you lose it

I only took it for like a week thankfully but I try to nurse as much as possible but he refuses me a lot I can't force him when he's barely getting anything 😕 I guess I can try to pump a few times a day and see what happens.

Even if I'm not getting anything when I pump? I've always been kind of unsuccessful. Sometimes I'd get 1-2 oz sometimes I get nothing. When I self express milk comes out though... Idk why my son rejects me. Usually it's just one side now he's starting to on the other side too 🙁@cubanese,

Yeah I think that's why my supply is low, cause I've been stressed 🙁 I just have a lot going on. I try not too but it's hard. But thank you I'm going to try and keep pumping as much as I can. Hopefully it will work @cubanese
