one of the things I feel triggered my PPD is not getting along well with my son's father. after almost two years it hasn't gotten much better. I'm trying to stay out of the courts... any advice for co parenting??
Be upfront about what you want and don't want. Compromise when you can. Write agreements down and have each other sign if you have to. Be nice or don't say anything at all. Sticking to calls only and no texts because they can get personal or misunderstood.
Always be honest ☺
Let him have him from friday - sunday and then rotate holidays and birthdays and don't discuss y'all's personal lives at all just strictly discuss things about your child together and that's it and if y'all disagree on something just try to work it out calmly without an attitude and if y'all still don't agree then just drop it and walk away

thank you ladies. mainly I don't like him being so inconsistent. he will say he will keep him Fri thru Sunday but then at the last minute want to cancel or bring him back earlier. and it's like I already made plans. he doesn't do much financially and I think he takes my kindness for weakness . these are great tips thank u
