Were the cops called? It kind of sucks bc it takes time for everything. Get the police report. And it has her info there. Then your insurance company will call yours and go from there

@saritaoside, she has insurance as well it's just I wish she'd be responsible and answer her insurance and my insurance company's phone calls so we could get this done and over with but for now I'll just be patient and hope everything works out in the end

Yikes well if she keeps avoiding you would your uninsured motorists go into affect and then they would just pay you out
