@sarahssmommiee He could have sensitive skin. Just check in with his pediatrician. I can't really make out if the picture is dry skin or if it looks like little bumps.

Looks like dry skin.(some call it cradles cap)I keep baby oil on my youngest sons head. His head stayed looking like this if I didn't.
