So I'm currently employed with a staffing agency. I have about 60 hours left to work until i can be hired on. Ive been working here since December and haven't yet told neither the agency or the company im working for that im pregnant. Im nervous that its going to hinder me getting hired on since im due in 4 months. What do you ladies suggest I do? Do I take the risk and tell them before they hire me kinda giving them the take it or leave it or do i wait until im hired on and surprise them! 😁 please help!!!!

Keep your mouth shut for as long as you can who knows you may be able to work thru those four months easily an that way u can make ur money an get hired in an if the pregnancy gets the best of you then you can say something meanwhile jus make sure u get rest at home an stay hydrated an have some snacks on hand n keep your head up... an excuse me if im being to bossy

@mrs.bowe yes that's exactly what i was thinking and have been doing. Employers dont have to know ahead of time to offer you maternity leave?

You're supposed to tell them but sometimes they kinda wanna get rid of you because u may be a risk factor to their company if something happens
