Please help has anyone had this before I would go to the bathroom and as I am emptying my bladder it feels like someone is twisting my lower stomach then when I walk back to bed it hurts.

Yes. Don't freak out. It's just your uterus growing. The only time you should worry about anything is if you start bleeding or if you have a fever. Welcome to motherhood. 😊
