So much has been happening this month. And i honestly dont know how to tell my mother in law im pregnant again even though im basically halfway or a little more done being pregnant. I just dont know how to tell her without getting told off due to stress and just drama between her and her daughters. Its such a unfortunate place to be in right now and i honestly dont know how to tell her. Even shes asked awhile back and i denied it just because i wasnt ready.

I don't know the background of your relationship with her or your spouse... so I'm not sure why you are the one having to tell her?!? I'd say that your husband should be in on that conversation... why has it been put on you?!?

@dreamermom well the both of dont know how to tell her. My s/o is scared just because his mom isnt the type to congradulate you and say shes happy for us and cant wait to the baby. Only reason why we really still dont want to tell her.

@ppb14pj16, well I'd just do it... my mom is an 'over reactor' I always call her Chicken Little... she got SO pissed off because I had severe complications with my first... and she did not want me to have another... her reaction was far worse than I expected... it kinda pissed me off at first... but she got over it, and I just had to remind myself that's just how she is... I wish she was different... but she's not... so I don't let it bother me for long...

@dreamermom she'll tell me to have an abortion then tell us we are dumb and stupid how are we going to afford another baby. As if we dont think about that on a daily but we made it with two kids it was hard but parenting isnt always easy. Like i know we're going to struggle bad but who doesnt?

@ppb14pj16 well it's too late for that... and if you guys don't care what she says, then I don't know why you are stressing telling her... not like her opinion is going to change the outcome... maybe you are giving her too much power by fearing her response... just tell her look I'm pregnant and I don't need your approval or opinions... so if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't even talk to us! But that's just the direct kind of person I am... feel the fear and just do it anyway! Fear just stands for False Evidence Appearing Real... her negativity can't change anything if you don't let it!
