Finding out someone in your family has a food allergy totally changes your perspective on some foods. Like how much food dye were actually eating (since this is a food dye allergy). And why is there so much caramel coloring in everything that doesn't have food coloring in it?

It makes me double guess everything. I've even looked into making my own food coloring, which is simpler then I thought. Also try to make more things at home when I have time

I have an allergy to blue dye specifically. It's a pain in the butt. Shampoo, toothpaste, blue pens, anything raspberry flavored, fruit loops, and anything green or purple too. 😑

It pretty much eliminates anything but natural foods. You can't have fun ever!
