Maybe just keep her up for alittle while and observe her.

She should be just fine. My kids fell off the couch or the bed all the time and for the most part turned out normal 😜

Just keep an eye on her for a bit before she falls asleep. If she's behaving normally, she's totally fine. If you think she's acting strange, seems dizzy, or she has discharge from her nose or starts vomiting, she might have a concussion, but from that height I don't think you'll have to worry.
