I hit her hands and I try not to hurt her bad but she cries so bad after that. I wish there was another way. I try time out in the corner but doesn't work for her

I do that and she says sorry after that. The problem is she does it again the next day

Problem is is that people hear her screaming and yelling and I live in a co-op. Once I heard someone outside said they will call the police, because they thought someone was doing a killing in my home! My goodness her tantrums and screams are out of this world.... I don't know what to do to be honest. The grandparents (my mom and dad) give her ice cream or bribe her to stop and that's even worse! What's even more horrible is that I live with them.... for the time being and it can be difficult with my daughter, because she knows that with one person she'll get disciplined and the other will spoil her rotten. I cannot move out yet so that's out of the picture as well 😱.
