Any Momma's start their babies on stage one puréed baby food at 4 1/2 months?

I let them taste a solid for the first time at 4 1/2 months. But I didn't really include it in their diet until this past week.

@justusthree, That's what I think she is ready for because she is already on cereal and I think she's wanting to start on something a tiny more substantial. How did you introduce it?

That's around the time we started! We could only do one stage 1 baby food every 3-4 days until she was 6mos because she had constipation issues.
