No epidural yet because im only 1 cm been walking but not dialating further

Have u already had an epidural? How far are you dilated? Maybe walking, or sitting on a birth ball would help?

It worked with my daughter.. My mom made me lol she swore by it and it just recently worked for my niece who had a 10lb baby and wouldn't progress with her dilating. Good luck hun! Post pics of the cutie!!

Try turning from side to side also its progresses dilation!! Do it every 15 minutes

Tell them to put the blue balloon in your cervix to make you dilate. Its like a catheter
