He's either lying to you or its dormant in his system.. His can be dormant and u get it. . he sounds like an asshole ..

That happened to me and boyfriend as well. Sometimes when you test it shows sometimes it doesn't

We met had sex unprotected after awhile, I got chlamydia and was like wtf go get tested cause I was clean before I met you, so he did and his came back negative ....... it can be dormant for years .

When my ex gave me gonorrhea he swore up & down I didn't get it from him . Then he switched up and said he must've had it for a long time & we were just finding out about it ( also a lie ) . If you didn't have it before u had sex with him and then u got it afterwards & he's the only one you've had sex with , then it was him . He's probably embarrassed & doesn't want to admit it . Just take care of yourself & move on .
