Anyone who's left their kids over night how do you cope? 😩 I've never been away from Charlie but we'revisiting my mums ATM. We've got to go home today for work over the weekend but my OH said my mum could have Charlie over the weekend for the first time! We're driving back up tomorrow evening (should've been Monday) because I just want to get back asap! I want to leave him with them because it'll be nice for them to have him to themselves like normal grandparents but I've never been away from him! I know if I don't do it now I'll never let him stay out, just gonna miss his little cheeky face!

I keep myself busy, even though she's literally 3mins along the road. or meet up with friends. It's hard but it's nice for you both to have a break xx

@melodyandme, friends? What are those 😂 probably best, in working tonight and tomorrow night then leaving after work tomorrow but I won't get their until 3 am. My mum is about 4 hours away from us so It's hard. Already had a crying meltdown in the car on my way home 😂 x

@jo.wilcox yeah when I say friends I mean my mum group pals online hahaha! Awww no way!! Was he okay when you left? Poor wee souls the pair of you! Hopefully with work it'll keep your mind off it a little. 4 hours is a while away, you're stronger than me, definitely!! I don't know If I would have managed that! Hats off to you! Xx

@melodyandme, aah that sounds better haha 😂 yeah he didn't seem that fussed when I hopefully he's not too stressed when he realises we've been gone a while. I know I feel so bad for leaving him but at the same time they've never had him over a weekend without us there so it'll be nice for them. Probably cry my self to sleep snuggled with his blanket and a tub of Ben and jerrys aswel as a depressing cd lmao 😂🙈 xx
