Been having a really hard day.. I'm 18 weeks today and this whole adoption thing has kinda been hitting me a little…

I think those feelings are just going to happen, especially with something this big. I don't think it makes you a bad person at all. But I think it would help to discuss your feelings with your couple. Maybe getting the feelings off your chest with them will help you feel more secure about your decision. Maybe you could spend more time with them outside of doctors appointments and get to know them better as friends? (I'm new here so I don't know much about your story, haha. Sorry if my advice is a little redundant 😛)

It absolutely does NOT make you a bad person. If you do change your mind then so be it. Yes they will be disappointed but you could always allow them to be god parents of your child. And that would be better than later regretting your decision. And if you decide you can't do it later they can always follow through with the adoption at any point in time. You're a good mommy trying to do what's best for her children. 😁

make sure you get a full report on the family if you're going to place your baby ...mines ended up a horror story because the family is abusive ...and I'll be getting my daughter back soon ...it's been 8 years

You still have some time to consider what you want to do. And also a open adoption could make things easier if that is an option for you.
