#modernmomlife throwback to our first beach trip. This was the day that I finally felt okay with my body especially postpartum. I've always struggled with how I viewed myself especially after the battle scars of giving birth but I feel like today's society has been more accepting of women's bodies for what they are and that really helps a lot. I'm not afraid to show off the scars because it just shows that I created life 💕
@babeylarissa, I drink my coffee with cream and sugar because I like to enjoy the flavor lol but you should try green tea because it boosts your metabolism a lot! Also add lemon to your water from time to time too. I would wait until at least a month to do any exercise because oooh girl it's too painful earlier than that's
would u drink black coffee? or put any sugar? cus i put sugar in my tea maybe i should change it to honey... i wanna do that to but im still in a little pain but i have been wearing my waist trainer
@babeylarissa, honestly breast feeding helped me lose a lot of weight in the very beginning. I stopped drinking sugary drinks and just would have a coffee in the morning and water throughout the day. Once I was able to workout again I would just go on walks with my baby in the stroller and wear him in a carrier while I would do light workouts lol
