Going out tonight and I wanna have a drink or two I'm breastfeeding btw. How long do I have to wait to give her the boob again?

Depends on what your drinking. For example, you can drink 2 4oz glasses of wine and still breastfeed after 2 hours. 1hr later after a pint of beer. Alcohol metabolizes generally after an hour or two. Drink plenty of water too and use the bathroom often.

I'm super crazy and bought the alcohol test strips for breastmilk. Maybe it's just me but I'm super cautious.
