Hubby is working day shift every Friday and I couldn't be more happy. Breakfast tacos for him this morn we don't eat chorizo but like once a year bc it is the absolute worst food in my opinion but he likes it so happy husband happy wife he won't be home till 6:30pm but hey better than getting home in the am

@hiswifetheirmama, I hate cooking it bc all the grease. I had never even heard of it till I met my husband. His mom is so cheap so she buys it all the time then brings it over here along with a bunch of other junk food then cooks in my kitchen and I hate it but I bite my tongue bc it could be worst.

There's different types of chorizo I like it tho mixed w eggs or beans.

@bugs039, yes that's how I make it I didnt know there was different types bc i don't buy it my mil brought it over. I'm sure it's all bad.
