Is any one else experiencing really itchy skin? Usually my thighs and arms. My skin isn't dry... just itchy lol.

My doctor suggested taking a shower at my normal temp, stepping out of the water, turn it as cold as you can stand, apply in shower lotion (I've used oil of Olay, and Eucerine)... once you have the lotion on, step into the cold water... it closes your pours with the moisturizer in it! Some times it takes my breath away for a second... but it TOTALLY works! The last shower I took with my toddler and I rushed and skipped that step... that night I regretted it, i was all sorts of itchy! Hope that helps!

If it gets to be your hands and feet make sure to say something to your dr that's a sign of your bile acids backing up into your blood stream which can hurt baby
