I know it seems like lame advice but I would totally look into child development or parenting classes. I had my son at 17 too and I thought I didn't need anything like that but I'm so glad I did! I actually ended up majoring in child development because I loved it so much

Sleep when the baby sleeps. Every time. Don't worry about chores or other things you could do while he naps. Just sleep with him 😄
