@micgennyy, I think we're too early to have the real deal back labor pains. And especially if we've been having it without any other signs of labor I don't think it's labor. But I feel like it's like it's like pre labor pains. Just like Braxton hicks. But since we aren't having those "pre contractions" it's all in our back.

Every thing is so weird. I understand though. I get random bursts of pain in my back with occasionally stomach tightening. I wish there was just one tell tail clue and not a guessing game

@caylintay, @bria, mine is just strong lower back pain, some days are worse than others. I don't know if I'm overthinking because she mentioned it or if it's actually something. I have an OB app on Monday but they won't check me until 38 weeks...

I did and it was awful

I had all back labor. It's the absolute fucking worst I'm not gonna lie. I had like 5 days of irregular but timetable (they would come 5 mins apart for 2 hours and then go to 18 mins, 8 mins, 4 mins, 15 mins, it all varied) extremely painful contractions before I was dilated enough to be admitted. I was 3cm for like 4 days(they took me at 4 but I was already 6cm when I got there)

I was dilated at 1cm and didn't progress while I was there. I was given steroid shots to advance her lungs, and a shot to slow the contractions.

When I was in L&D on Sunday. I wasn't feeling contractions but they were coming in 3 min apart. I felt more uncomfortable in my back than anything

@avie, see I thought the back pain was just me being pregnant but she told me to be careful because of back labor and I've never even heard of it. Now I'm wondering if that's what it could be.. 🤔

That's how I feel. It's all in my back and hips. 0 contractions. & I'll be 37 weeks in a few days.
