Use Petroleum jelly instead of diaper rash cream

I use corn starch with desitin over top of it and let my girl go without a diaper whenever possible. @nomie

Coconut oil is a mom's best friend

Shea butter may help. Coconut oil also can help prevent it. Even petroleum jelly will help prevent diaper rash. I hope baby's bottom gets better soon. It is very heartbreaking to see baby in distress and discomfort 😞
